Our Founder.

Hi, I’m Sara!  I started Radicle Root Creative because I’m tired of watching “sustainability” reduced to marketing spin.

After years working with the world’s largest retailers at the Better Cotton Initiative, I saw firsthand how hard it is for companies to communicate sustainability with accuracy, heart, and honesty. I also gained deep insight into the evolving global legislative landscape, like in the EU with Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition (ECGT), which is reshaping how businesses will be held accountable for their words.

My work lives at the intersection of communication, culture, and change. Because communication alone can’t fix the system — but it can shape culture, shift perception, and build the trust needed to drive real transformation.

I’m not here to help sell more clothes. I’m here to help reorient this industry toward truth, supporting brands that are genuinely willing to communicate their work in ways that resonate, educate, and inspire meaningful action.

  • First, I will need to gain and understanding of your needs. This will include completing an intake form with some basic questions. Next, well have a call where you can talk me through this in more detail. Then, I will draft a summary of your needs, a price, and the date of completion. If this works for you, you’ll sign the contract and work will begin!

  • This depends on your unique needs. I can do an hourly rate for short term projects, or I can customize a package price for something ongoing. Please contact for more information.
